This is a great fan. It obviously fits the aesthetics if a case like the S340, or other NZXT case, perfectly while maintaining an impressive ~84 CFM at less than 25 dBA. Basically, this fan will move a huge volume of air into (or out of) your case all while maintaining a very low, if not silent, operation. I figured it was worth the extra ~$3-4 over the standard, non-high air flow fan that NZXT makes and I was completely right. Overall, I have 2 x140mm intake fans at the front of my S340 (amazon sent me one of the non 13-bladed fans but I kept it since they had no use for me to return it), 1x 140mm exhaust fan on the top of my case, 1x 120mm exhaust fan on the back of my case (all fan mounts maxed out in size), a 120mm fan on my CRYORIG H7 CPU cooler, and of course an intake/exhaust fan from my Cosrsair CX750M PSU. I know that moving hot air out of the case is a bit more important than moving cooler air in (as it's much significantly cooler overall), but the tradeoff is you can't run a positive pressure airflow system in your case to keep dust and other dirt out of the cracks and non-filtered ways in. That being said, anyone who tells you that positive air pressure is actually creating a discernable pressure gradient that's doing anything more significant than helping keep dust from accumulating as quickly is full of crap. Personally, I went for a fan profile that had me running my 140mm intake fans slightly slower than the 140/120mm exhaust fan. I figure between the intake fans, the exhaust fans, the CPU heatsink fan, the GPU heatsink fan, and the PSU heatsink fan that I'm most likely maintaining just about around neutral pressure. Temperatures are great and I can't complain!
